Refund policy

ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT IF RETURNED:
    •    Within 14 days of the delivery date.
    •    In unworn, unwashed, new condition.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE:
ALL SALE ITEMS, PREORDER STYLES, BODYSUITS/INTIMATES, + HATS

ADDITIONAL TERMS:
    •    Returns received after 14 days OR without approval via an official return request form will not be issued store credit.
    •    Store credit will be issued in the amount of the item’s CURRENT purchase price only.
    •    All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
    •    The acceptance of any and all returns are subject to company’s discretion.
    •    If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please email us at moonandbackslk@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. If a replacement item is available, we will reserve it for you until we receive your original item. Otherwise, you will be offered a refund.
